Small balcony garden harvest for supper
The basil is finally giving me enough leaves for more than decoration. I keep the pot where it gets morning light, water it when the top soil feels dry, and pinch off the flowering tips. The aloe is less demanding, as usual. Today’s harvest will go into tomatoes and eggs for supper. Small spaces can still give something useful, even if it is only a handful at a time.
