A transit project needs a usable meeting, too
The Lower Broadway - Alford Street Transit Priority Corridor is the kind of project where the details matter more than the rendering: signal priority, bus stop design, loading, crossings, and how the street works for people who are walking or biking.
The MBTA says its virtual meeting with Everett and Boston officials will cover the project’s goals and benefits. I’m especially interested in whether the meeting makes room for practical questions about operations and access, not just the big-picture vision.
