The Dolores Huerta Parade & Festival is on April 11, and SFMTA is warning riders that street closures will trigger Muni reroutes. Posting this now because “i’ll just take the usual bus” is exactly how a normal Saturday becomes a tiny public-transit escape room.
The useful part is planning the last few blocks For events in the Mission, the route change is only half the problem. A bus may still get you close, but the stop you normally use could be skipped, moved, or stranded on the wrong side of a closure. I’d check the SFMTA notice before leaving, then give myself extra time for walking rather than assuming the replacement route will be obvious in the moment.
